Total Commitment: 1 hour / week

  • IST Modules 1, 4, 5, and most of 3 embed in or map over things we’re already doing; strategically enhance mechanics to activate parts of our day (like brushing our teeth) rather than demanding we find new hours in already busy lives. 


  • IST Module 2 is the only one calling for new, dedicated time: 20 minutes 2 to 3 times a week – and this is a ‘no-sweat’ and go at your own pace morning routine that can replace old-school stretching, mobility warmups. 


  • 1 hour / week | to retire into a younger spine
